In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phislot," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to phislot and its operating entity, owners, directors, employees, agents, and service providers.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the phislot platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered in your name on the phislot platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in your phislot Account at any given time, net of any pending transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits, free spins, or promotional balances credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money or bonus-money stake placed on any game or event available on phislot.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming in the Philippines.
• "GCash," "Maya," "GrabPay," "QR Ph" refer to Philippine e-wallet and digital payment services accepted on phislot.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming platforms is unlawful.
• "Services" means all games, transactions, promotions, support, and features available through the phislot platform.

To register and maintain a phislot Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are registering an Account for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of another person, corporation, or entity.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gaming is unlawful.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another phislot Account that was suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, or close family member of a phislot employee or its third-party service providers in a role directly related to platform operations.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. phislot reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested by phislot may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Each individual may hold only one phislot Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances contained therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phislot Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.

phislot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. When 2FA is enabled, every login from an unrecognised device requires a one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number, providing a significant additional layer of account protection.

You agree to notify phislot immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your credentials. phislot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised or not — shall be your responsibility unless you have promptly notified phislot of an unauthorised access and cooperated fully with our security investigation.

phislot accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.

Deposits are credited to your phislot Balance in Philippine Pesos (PHP) in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay) and within the processing time applicable to bank transfers (typically 1–3 banking days for online banking transactions). phislot is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network conditions.

All funds deposited to phislot must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use. The deposit of funds from third-party payment accounts, prepaid cards not linked to a verified identity, or any payment method associated with criminal activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• Deposits are made for the purpose of gaming activity on phislot and are not refundable once credited and wagered.
• Unplayed deposits (funds that have not been wagered) may be eligible for withdrawal subject to identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks.
• phislot reserves the right to refuse a deposit or reverse a credit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.
• phislot does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside of phislot's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals of real-money Balance from your phislot Account may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions and procedures:

• Your Account must be fully verified (identity and age verification documents accepted by phislot) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 per request. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, although high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and processing time.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to a payment account in your own verified name. phislot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• phislot does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any charges imposed by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are beyond phislot's control.
• phislot reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or chargebacks by the user.

All games available on the phislot platform are operated in accordance with the rules published for each game within the platform interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

phislot uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) under their respective regulatory frameworks, and phislot does not have the ability to influence live game outcomes.

• All wagers are final once accepted by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error that affects a game round in progress, phislot's decision regarding the resolution of that round shall be final. In most cases, the affected round will be voided and the wager refunded.
• phislot publishes theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG table games. Actual returns in any given session may differ materially from published RTP values due to the inherent variance of casino games.
• Sports betting and other event-based wagers are subject to the specific rules of the sportsbook section, including rules on match postponements, early settlement, and voided events.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or mathematical errors in game logic — whether discovered accidentally or sought deliberately — must be reported to phislot immediately and must not be exploited. Exploitation of such errors will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings derived therefrom.

phislot may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and other promotional credits from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all phislot promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in offer terms.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the offer. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each phislot account is eligible for each welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times through new accounts are considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus Abuse: phislot uses automated monitoring to detect wagering patterns that indicate bonus exploitation (e.g., low-variance wagering strategies solely intended to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk). Such behaviour constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• phislot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to eligible participants.

phislot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes all reasonable steps to prevent problem gambling and underage access. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phislot account holders free of charge at any time through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your phislot account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, no further wagers are accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a chosen duration of continuous play, allowing you to assess your gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your phislot account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed and all marketing communications are paused.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phislot platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration (minimum 6 months, up to permanent). phislot will make every reasonable effort to honour self-exclusion requests, but cannot guarantee that access will be prevented via all channels (e.g. new devices, different browsers).

phislot may suspend or restrict an account if our responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to escalating wager sizes, chasing losses, or requests for excessive withdrawal reversals.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phislot platform. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information.
• Opening more than one Account (including accounts in the names of family members or associates to circumvent this restriction).
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in games or exploit platform systems.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, live dealer games, or any game mode that allows interaction between accounts.
• Laundering money through the phislot platform by depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Accessing phislot from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors rather than reporting them to phislot.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phislot staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during any verification, dispute, or support process.

All content on the phislot platform — including but not limited to the phislot brand name and logo, website design, software, source code, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, written content, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phislot or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phislot platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publish, or commercially exploit any phislot content without the prior written consent of phislot.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phislot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your phislot Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phislot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether or not phislot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phislot makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phislot shall not be responsible for interruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, network failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits phislot's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by phislot's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

phislot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the phislot Privacy Policy.

phislot may share your personal data with regulatory authorities — including PAGCOR — as required by law, and with third-party identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention providers engaged by phislot for the purpose of delivering its services. phislot does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

phislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the user in bad faith.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Where an Account is terminated due to the user's breach of these Terms, phislot reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account. Where termination is initiated by phislot without cause attributable to the user, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the user's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your phislot Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any outstanding Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after completion of applicable verification and anti-money-laundering checks.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of phislot, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct communication. phislot's customer support team is available 24/7 to address account and transaction disputes promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any disputes not resolved through arbitration.

phislot reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a phislot user — phislot will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: email notification to your registered address, an in-platform notification displayed upon your next login, or a prominent notice on the phislot website.

Your continued use of the phislot platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact the phislot support team to close your Account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining Balance.
